Three builds. Pick your size.

Every build is designed and written for the business, not dropped into a template. What changes between them is how many pages you need, and whether the site should answer questions and take bookings on its own.

Pick the one that fits the business.

You buy the build once. The monthly care plan after it covers hosting, SSL, backups, security patches and the changes you ask for, and it is the only recurring number on the page.

I would rather build ten sites than argue about three. Hosting, SSL and domain registration sit inside the care plan rather than turning up as extras, and the copy is written for the business instead of templated. Everything else on this page is the same work an agency would quote you for, at a lower margin on purpose.

What comes after the site

Start with the site. Add the rest later.

You buy a website today. You do not buy a five-year roadmap. The add-ons below exist, they are quoted separately, and I will tell you when you do not need one yet.

You do not need to know what you will want next. Most owners don't.

A website that does the job Start here · from $800

Designed, written and built for the business. Live in about a week, with the domain in your name and one person to text when you want something changed.

An AI front desk When you are ready

Answers web chat, email and text messages in your words. Every reply waits for your approval until you trust it. The chat assistant is already inside the Working and Showcase builds.

Marketing, drafted for you When you are ready

Photos from your own jobs turned into posts. You read them, you approve them, they go out. Nothing is published in your name without you seeing it first.

Follow-ups that do not get forgotten When you are ready

The quote that went quiet gets a nudge. The finished job gets a polite ask for a Google review. Approve-first until you trust it.

Start with the site No upsell calls. The add-ons are quoted only when you ask.

Before you book the call

The fine print, in plain English.

The domain goes in your name on day one. The site is yours, whether or not you keep me.

Tradesperson's hands holding a clipboard with a blank quote sheet and a pencil.
Fig. 01 · The quote sheet A quote sheet before the numbers go on. The point of this page is that you already know every number that would end up on it.
All prices in Canadian dollars. Any USD figure on this page is an approximate conversion for reference, not the amount you are billed. No HST line on your bill yet: registration is in progress, and you get written notice before that ever changes.
The build fee is paid once, up front. One charge when you approve the design, and the care plan starts only after the site is live. No deposit, no split, no twelve-month tie-in.
You own the site. The domain is registered in your name from day one, and the finished work is yours once the build is paid. If you leave, I hand over the files and get out of the way.
The care plan covers hosting, SSL, backups, security patches and the changes you ask for. Stop it on 30 days' notice and the site is still yours: you just move the hosting.
Charged on your card as "BALLY DOES AI BRANTFORD", so it is easy to find on a statement.
No results guarantee, and no ranking promise. I will not tell you a website will put you top of Google or bring you a set number of leads, because nobody can honestly say that. What I sell is the site, built properly, on time.
Read the one-page sample agreement before you book the call. No legalese, no auto-renewing language.

What if your business is not on the list?

The three builds cover most businesses. If yours does not fit any of them, say so. Custom integrations, scheduling tools, route optimizers, inventory readers and internal dashboards are all inside what I build. They just do not fit a fixed price, so they get quoted on their own.

  • A custom integration with your existing CRM, scheduling or accounting tool, plugged into the site.
  • A small internal tool: a dashboard, an automation, a workflow the team uses every day that nobody has built yet.
  • A bigger build: multi-tenant, member portal, e-commerce, a booking engine with real availability, route planning.
  • A rebuild of the site you already have, lifted onto this stack with the chat and automation plugged in.

Custom work is quoted on its own and is not priced from this page. Tell me what you need and you get the scope and a fixed ceiling in writing, in Canadian dollars, before anything gets built.

Request a custom quote.

I read every one. You will hear back within two business days with a yes or no, an estimated day count, and a fixed ceiling.

Or text the request to (519) 761-2251, faster than the form for short asks.

Questions people actually ask

Straight answers, fast.

What do I actually pay?
One build fee, then one small monthly. Presence is $800 to build and $70 a month after that. Working is $2,000 and $90. Showcase is $2,500 and $90. The monthly covers hosting, the SSL certificate, backups, security patches and any changes you ask for. There is no setup fee on top and no per-page charge.
Do I pay the whole thing up front?
Yes. The build fee is one payment, up front, once you approve the design. That is normal for custom work and it keeps things simple: no deposit, no financing, no twelve-month contract. The care plan is separate and only starts after the site is live, and you can stop it any time on thirty days' notice.
Why CAD? I'm in the US.
I am in Ontario, so I bill in Canadian dollars. One currency, one number, no invoice that quietly changes size between the quote and the charge. The USD figures beside each build are there so you can see roughly where it lands; they are approximate, and the CAD amount is the one your card is charged. Nothing about the work needs me on your street, so it runs the same whether you are in Ontario, Ohio or anywhere else.
How long does it take, and what do you need from me?
About a week for the Presence and Working sizes, about two weeks for the full Showcase build, and about an hour of your time either way. Fifteen minutes on a call at the start, then a review once the first version is up. Photos from your own jobs help a lot if you have them, and I can work without them. I write the copy; you tell me where it is wrong.
Will this put me at the top of Google?
I am not going to promise that, and you should not believe anyone who does. What I build is a fast, properly structured site with real copy about what you do, which is the part you control. Search rankings depend on things neither of us owns. If someone guarantees you a position, ask them to put the refund in writing.
What happens if I stop the care plan?
The site is still yours. The domain is in your name from day one, and the finished work belongs to you once the build is paid. Thirty days' notice, then I hand over the files and you move the hosting wherever you like. No deprovisioning, no buyout fee, no hostage situation.
Who do I talk to if something breaks?
Me. Hunter. (519) 761-2251, Monday to Friday, 8a to 6p ET. No call centre and no ticket queue. The number on this site is my actual phone.

Every price is already on this page
